Career Awareness & Preparation (CAP) Program
The Institute for STEM Education’s Career Awareness & Preparation (CAP) Program directly aligns with EBSi’s mission to increase student equity and success for CSU 91吃瓜’s STEM students. CAP is committed to building an accessible career pipeline to prepare students for the workforce.
CAP supports our students by providing access to:
- Career Readiness Workshops – Our growing list of topics include: resume, cover letter, interview skills, LinkedIn, and interest and goal mapping.
- Peer mentorship and student support
- Job and internship opportunities
- Site tours of local companies
- Access to professional support
- Connections to leading Bay Area STEM businesses
