ISEP
91³Ô¹Ï is a member of the (ISEP) consortium. ISEP is a nonprofit membership organization of 300+ institutions of higher education located throughout the United States and in more than 50 countries. The consortium agreement allows Cal State 91³Ô¹Ï students to receive resident credit while studying abroad at a partner university. Academic year, semester and summer programs in a variety of subjects are available depending on the location. Many English language instruction sites available. A 2.75 GPA is required for most programs.

Students participating in ISEP-Direct will pay program fees (tuition, and sometimes room & board as well) to ISEP, rather than paying tuition to CSUEB while they are abroad. The primary benefit of choosing ISEP Direct is that space at the specific host institution is guaranteed, as long as you apply by the deadline published on ISEP's website.
PLEASE NOTE: CSUEB's study abroad office must approve all student applications for ISEP, so do not wait until the last minute! We recommend you complete your application at least one week (preferably two weeks) before ISEP's priority deadline as noted below. Once submitting your application on the ISEP website, please schedule an appointment with the CSUEB Study Abroad Office, and complete/submit the .
CSUEB ISEP Priority Application Deadlines
- February 15th for Fall/Summer (to meet ISEP's March 1 deadline)
- September 1 for Spring (to meet ISEP's September 15 deadline)
